Meet The CEO

Qiana was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but she relocated to San Antonio, Texas in 2009, where she lives with husband and three children. Qiana has over 20 years of noteworthy leadership experience in the communication and banking industries.  

Qiana holds a Bachelor of Human Resources and is currently working to complete her Master's program for Organizational Leadership.  

Being exposed to poverty, abuse and domestic violence at a young age, led me to discover my top two core values, Strength and Compassion. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for people in need, so it's no surprise to me that I choose a career in leadership roles that allowed me to be a resource for others.  

After 20 years of consistent leadership, accomplishments and promotions I decided it was time to combine my core values and leadership experience and start walking in my passion, Helping People! That's when Helping Hands Community Outreach was born. My goal is to be a valuable resource for people at risk in my community, by creating a safe path from their critical circumstance to a better quality of life.
